Rules and Policies of Pousada Solar Encanto do Marajó

Our rules and policies outlined below are designed to ensure the well-being of the Pousada and a pleasant coexistence among guests.

1 – Breakfast is not included.

2 – Daily housekeeping services (bed and bath linen changes) are not provided. This service is only carried out once, prior to check-in. For stays of 4 nights or more, we offer a free linen change on the third day. If requested for shorter stays, there will be an additional charge of R$ 30 for bed linen and R$ 20 for bath towels.

3 – Daily cleaning service is available upon request.

4 – Smoking is not allowed inside the suites (Law 12.546).

5 – Smoking is not allowed in the shared kitchen. Please use the outdoor areas such as our garden.

6 – Check-in starts at 12:00 PM and Check-out ends at 11:00 AM.

7 – For the comfort of all guests, loud music and the use of electronic devices at high volume are not allowed. Our quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

8 – When using the shared kitchen, please wash your dishes after use.

9 – Parties or events are not permitted.

10 – The Pousada is not responsible for items left inside the suites. Please ensure your doors are locked when leaving.

11 – Babies up to 2 years old stay free of charge. Children over 2 will be charged the full adult rate.

12 – We are not responsible for belongings left in common areas of the Pousada.

13 – Guests may receive visitors only in the reception area or other shared spaces, between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

14 – Any damage or loss of items such as TVs, furniture, refrigerators, or other amenities provided to guests must be financially reimbursed at current market value.

15 – At check-out, a suite inspection will be conducted. If there are stains on the bed or bath linen (e.g., wine, hair dye, makeup, sunscreen, etc.), a fee of R$ 50 will be charged. In case of damage or loss of items, the cost will be added to the final bill.

16 – We do not have a garage. There is free public parking available in front of the Pousada, but we are not responsible for any damage or theft involving your vehicle. We kindly ask that guests keep their car locked and secure.

17 – For reservations made through our website (https://solarencantodomarajo.com.br/), free cancellation is allowed. However, if you cancel less than 3 days before your check-in or fail to show up, 100% of the reservation value will be charged.

18 – Reception hours are from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
