Policies - Naatooh Guest Houses
CHECK OUR POLICIES AND RULES
1. Check-in time: from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If you require check-in after 9:00 PM, please check availability in advance, as additional fees may apply.
Early check-in fees may be applied and are subject to availability. If you need to check in earlier, please contact us before your arrival.
2. Check-out time: until noon. Late check-out may incur an additional daily rate charge. If you wish to check out later, please contact us in advance to check availability and applicable fees.
3. Daily Rate Policy: The value of the commercial daily rate at Naatooh refers to a 21-hour period, with check-in at 3:00 PM and check-out at noon, reserving 3 hours for cleaning, tidying, and preparing the accommodation.
For the purposes of these policies, the term "daily rate" can be used generically to refer to the commercial daily rate, without this affecting the 21-hour accommodation period, as well as the pre-established check-in and check-out times.
4. Breakfast served in the lounge/lobby is included in the daily rate.
5. Children from 12 years old only: Due to Naatooh’s architecture and the aim of offering a more intimate and peaceful experience for our guests, we accommodate children from 12 years old only. However, we reserve the right to accommodate children under 12 on special dates or specific promotional actions according to our schedule.
Minors may not stay without an accompanying responsible adult. In the case of minors not accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, it is mandatory to present an authorization signed by the parents or legal representatives, granted to the accompanying adult.
6. Pets are welcome (small to medium-sized dogs and cats, limited to one pet per accommodation) for an additional cost of R$150.00 per day. Guests must inform us in advance of their check-in if they will be accompanied by a pet, so the accommodation can be prepared. 7. Accommodation Type: The accommodation established between Naatooh and its guests falls under the category provided for in Art. 48 of Law 8,245/1991, and is regulated by this norm.
8. Accommodation Value: Reservations are only confirmed upon full payment of the stay at the agreed price, considering the number of guests, the type of accommodation, and the chosen period, either via digital platforms or through a direct reservation with Naatooh, with transaction receipts becoming part of the agreement between the parties.
9. Payment of the reservation does not allow for cancellation or refund.
10. Changes to stay dates: In case of proven force majeure and with at least 7 days’ notice before check-in, the guest may request a rescheduling, in which case a rescheduling fee of 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged. The remaining balance (after the rescheduling fee is deducted) will be converted into credit to be used in a new reservation, which must occur within 6 months. This credit will only apply to non-promotional rates. Non-promotional rates are those that do not include discounts, promotions, or special conditions.
Any difference between the total value of the new reservation, including fees and rates, and the value of the generated credit must be paid by the guest at the time of the new reservation.
The use of the credit is subject to room and date availability.
Reservations for special dates and holidays will not be eligible for the use of the generated credit. The minimum base rate for the new reservation will be the rate paid by the guest at the time of the original reservation. If the current rate for the new date is lower than the rate initially paid, the minimum rate for rescheduling will be the current rate at the time of the original reservation. If the current rate for the new date is higher, the guest must pay the rate difference to complete the rescheduling.
11. No-show: Failure to appear without prior communication on the expected arrival date will be considered a "no-show" (cancellation without notification). The reservation will be canceled (with retention of 100% of the amount paid), and THERE WILL BE NO REFUND.
12. Cancellation on the day of check-in, after check-in time, or upon arrival: A late cancellation, early departure, or any reason for leaving after check-in WILL NOT ENTITLE YOU TO ANY REFUND, MONEY BACK, OR CREDIT for future use, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily rate.
13. The credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon arrival for pre-authorization as a guarantee. If the reservation was made through pix or bank transfer, a credit card from one of the guests will still be required for pre-authorization in the amount of R$800.00.
14. Commercial photos and videos are not allowed in private or common areas of the property. Failure to comply will result in a fine of R$5,000.00, in addition to other compensation for losses and damages if actions misalign with Naatooh's values.
15. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of Naatooh, both common and private. Non-compliance will result in a fine equal to 100% of the daily rate, for each infraction in the case of repeated offenses.
16. The use of speakers in common areas is prohibited, as is noise or loud music after 10:00 PM, in order to preserve the tranquility of all guests.
17. Access to Naatooh is exclusive to guests, and visits from third parties are not permitted in the accommodation. Guests may receive visitors at the restaurant by reservation with the concierge, restricted to adults (children are only allowed if staying as guests).
18. By completing the reservation, the guest agrees to all the terms of these policies, committing themselves and their companions to follow all the established rules.
